- All `categories[].items` copies are synchronized with the canonical top-level `items[]` records.
- `opportunities-current.json` has been regenerated from the same 451-record canonical dataset.

## Final cleanup corrections

Seven older verified cards still had blank public-facing fields and were completed in the final cleanup: `P55`, `P58`, `P59`, `F-CL11`, `P33`, `P25`, and `P122`. The three HESC loan-forgiveness cards were also explicitly labeled as closed for the current application cycle. `P33` was corrected from NYC-only geography tagging to the statewide local-option property-tax exemption.

Historical batch audit and research-issue files remain in the project for provenance. Statements in those older checkpoint files that an item was still `inventory_only` describe the state at that checkpoint, not the final dataset.

## Ongoing maintenance

Verification is not permanent. Deadlines, seasonal openings, funding availability, tax-year values, local participation and program rules should be rechecked before relying on a time-sensitive claim.
