Eligibility
Age 60 or older. Meals-On-Wheels requires the senior to be homebound and unable to prepare meals. Call to confirm EISEP eligibility.

A case-manager assessment is required before service begins.
How to access
Call 516-771-3410 for a Meals-On-Wheels or EISEP assessment. Meals are delivered to the home; this is not a public meal-pickup site.
More information
Small suggested donations may apply to meals and senior-center services, but no one is refused because they cannot pay. EISEP may require a cost share determined during assessment.
